Band Bio
Electramode is an original hard rock band from Canton, Ohio. Chris Eckroad (Vocals) Dan Smarr (Bass) and Frank Swanson (Drums) recorded their debut CD, 9 shortly before Gary Carraway joined the band in 2002 on Guitars. Some of their influences include Led Zeppelin, STP, Sound Garden, the Beatles and Black Sabbath. They have a contagious sound that grabs the attention of everyone at the show. They’ve preformed at several popular venues in the area including Sadie Rene’s, Peabody’s, The Carriage House, Mango’s, Shaker’s, VooDoo and outdoor shows at The Football Hall of Fame Ribs Burn Off, and Rock 107’s Rockin’ Wings Fest and The Canton Car Festival. They are of the favorites of Rock 107 Local Licks and have won several times on their Local Cage match on Friday nights. They are currently promoting their brand new second CD, Cavin In that was just released in June 2006.
